It is less or equal to the sparation_air_interval.
If this value is equal to the value of "separation_air_duty_cycle",
the plate separator always blows air after it is turned on.
If this value is less than the value of "separation_air_duty_cycle",
the plate separator only blows air for the duration set by this
value. In this case, the sepration air becomes intermittent.
